A creamy chocolatey jar of lushiousness that’s a cinch to make and a healthy way to satisfy those chocolate cravings!

AVO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients

  • 2 large soft avocado
  • 1/2 + 1/3 cup (85g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2/3rd cup (150ml) maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Bung all ingredients into a food processor and blitz till silky smooth.
  • Taste and adjust cocoa/sweetness if needed.
  • Dollop into serving glasses or jars. Can be eaten straight away or for best results chill for at least 1 hr, up to 12 hrs.

Notes

Cacao can be swapped for cocoa for a healthier, raw version- you'll need to use less as it's stronger and more bitter.
