Ingredients

a Large ripe banana (thats been diced and frozen)

Cacao, i used choc chick from Holland and Barrett

tbsp
Smooth roasted peanut butter, i used Manilife

Soft dates

cup
Unsweetened almond milk

tsp
Vanilla extract
Optional toppings
Chopped and melted chocolate, i used Ombar
Whipped coconut cream
Instructions
Whack everything in a blender and give it a good whizz.
Add 1/4-1/2 cup ice for a thicker shake.
Ita as easy as that!
