A deliciously slurp worthy shake!

Swirls of strawberry puree, cream cheese and biscuit crumbs revamps the ordinary milkshake into something that bit EXTRA.

VEGAN STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE MILKSHAKES

Ingredients

Shake

  • 180 g strawberries frozen
  • 1 tub 150g Nushfoods cream cheese
  • 1.5-2 cups chilled oat or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract

Strawberry puree (optional)

  • 200 g strawberries
  • Maple syrup to taste

Optional extras

  • Your fave gf free biscuit crumbs
  • Cream cheese whisked with chilled coconut cream

Instructions

  • Strawberry puree: blitz strawberries in a high speed blender. Sieve to remove pips and add to small frying pan. Reduce down to a thick consistency. Sweeten with maple syrup to taste.
  • Milkshake: Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, blitz till smooth. Adjust to taste.
  • Assembly: Roll the tip and top edge of glasses in maple syrup, then roll in crumbs.
  • Spoon strawberry puree into the bottom and up the glasses. Pour in the milkshake and top with desired toppings.
  • Get slurping!🤘🏻

Notes

Feel free to use strawberry jam or preserve in replace of homemade strawberry puree for an even quicker shake!
