My sweet chickpea cappuccino and chocolate roasted chickpeas (i found them in asda)
Cacoa/cocoa powder
Instructions
Bung all the mascarpone ingredients into a blender and blitz till silky smooth.
Tip oats into a small bowl, pour boiling water on top and give it a good stir (don’t let it sit for too long otherwise it will be hard to layer/spread)
Time to start layering. Dollop in some of the oats, then mascarpone and a few cappuccino balls. Repeat till you get to the top of the jar.
Bung in the fridge overnight.
Sprinkle on cocoa/cocoa and some more cappuccino balls.
For best results take out the fridge 15 mins before diving in.
